  • Hosted the cocktail reception at New York City’s premiere nightclub, Up & Down
  • Handled all onsite creative and decor to transform the venue into a true brand experience
  • Designed custom pedestals displaying winning products from each beauty category
  • Supplied all event staff to manage registration, gift bag fulfillment and distribution, and facilitate executive remarks throughout the night

Case Study Spotlight: InStyle + Dyson Supersonic Presents Behind the Strands

We produced a pop-up blow dry bar with InStyle Magazine featuring Dyson’s new Supersonic Blow Dryer Styled by GlamSquad.

  • Hosted the experience in a retro Airstream and offered free services courtesy of InStyle, Dyson and GlamSquad
  • Invited guests to come on board the vehicle and get their hair washed and blow dried right on the spot
  • Managed all logistics as they related to design and production of the vehicle, AV and technical requirements, onsite branding and staffing
  • Provided popular bloggers, @blankitinerary (Paola Alberdi) and Gala Gonzalez, a free blow out at the event
  • Distributed branded water bottles and discount codes to passersby throughout the day and even gave away GlamSquad gift certificates to 50 lucky attendees

Case Study Spotlight: The Quicker Picker Upper Games, Sponsored by Bounty

We reinforced Bounty’s partnership with 3-time gold medal winner, Allyson Felix, with The Quicker Picker Upper Games.

  • Designed and produced a family-friendly event in both New York and Chicago
  • Created a variety of cleaning-themed activities, challenging guests to be the quickest in order to make the leaderboard, including a chance to ‘race’ Allyson Felix in a custom green screen experience
  • Distributed over 1,000 rolls of Bounty to excited attendees in addition to plenty of Olympic-inspired swag
  • Managed all logistics including venue procurement, permitting, AV, staffing, and catering

Case Study Spotlight: Summer in the Square, Presented by Union Square Partnership

We raised awareness for Union Square Partnership and helped drive traffic to the park with a 9-week community program, Summer in the Square.

  • Handled all programming, partner outreach, and onsite logistics for over (100) initiatives each summer
  • Provided entertainment for all ages including a children’s pavilion with story hour, character appearances, and interactive shows

Case Study Spotlight: Curaçao Tourism Food Truck

We promoted travel to Curaçao and the tourism board’s many sponsor hoteliers via a delicious brand experience.

  • In partnership with Diamond PR, produced a 2-day custom food truck program in Flatiron and Union Square
  • Offered consumers free freshly made batidos – the Curaçao interpretation of a smoothie – in 3 different flavors
  • Managed sponsor integration within the broader program where hoteliers surprised 8 winners per day with a free trip and 4-night hotel stay on the Caribbean island
  • Exceeded the board’s distribution goal by giving away over 3,100 batidos over the 2-day activation
